NeuTalent provides:
- Job matching and placement services for neurodivergent professionals
- Talent recruitment services for employers seeking neurodivergent candidates
- Consulting services for inclusive hiring practices
- Community resources and networking opportunities
We act as an intermediary between job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User Conduct
When using our services, you agree NOT to:
- Provide false or misleading information in profiles or applications
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Harass, discriminate against, or harm other users
- Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Use automated systems to access our services without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Job Seeker Terms
5.1 Profile Information
As a job seeker, you agree that:
- All information in your profile is accurate and truthful
- You have the right to work in the locations where you apply
- Your resume and credentials are genuine
- Any disclosed information about neurodivergence is voluntary
5.2 Application Process
When you apply for positions through NeuTalent:
- We may share your profile with potential employers
- Employers make independent hiring decisions
- We do not guarantee interviews or job offers
- You remain responsible for communicating with employers
6. Employer Terms
6.1 Job Postings
Employers using our services agree that:
- All job postings are for legitimate, available positions
- Job descriptions are accurate and not misleading
- Postings comply with all employment laws
- No discriminatory requirements are included (beyond lawful job qualifications)
6.2 Inclusive Hiring Commitment
By using NeuTalent, employers commit to:
- Providing reasonable accommodations as required by law
- Evaluating candidates fairly based on qualifications
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive candidate information
- Treating neurodivergent candidates with respect and dignity
6.3 Fees and Payment
Employer service fees are outlined in separate agreements. Payment terms, refund policies, and service levels are specified in your service contract with NeuTalent.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by NeuTalent or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
7.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profiles, etc.). By submitting content, you grant NeuTalent a license to use, display, and share it as necessary to provide our services.
8. Disclaimers
8.1 No Employment Guarantee
NeuTalent does not guarantee:
- That job seekers will find employment
- That employers will find suitable candidates
- Specific salary levels or working conditions
- The accuracy of information provided by other users
8.2 Service Availability
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuTalent shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Actions or conduct of third parties (employers or job seekers)
- Employment decisions made by employers
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to NeuTalent in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NeuTalent harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these terms
- Your use of our services
- Content you submit
- Your interaction with other users
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Harmful conduct toward other users
- At our sole discretion with reasonable notice
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
13. Modifications
