Accessibility Statement
At NeuTalent, accessibility isn't just a feature - it's fundamental to our mission. We're committed to ensuring our website is usable by everyone.

Our Commitment
NeuTalent is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. As an organization dedicated to connecting neurodivergent professionals with inclusive employers, we understand the importance of accessible design firsthand. We continuously work to improve the accessibility and usability of our website to ensure the best possible experience for all users.
Accessibility Standards
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, including:
- Visual impairments (blindness, low vision, color blindness)
- Hearing impairments
- Motor impairments
- Cognitive and neurological differences
Accessibility Features
Our website includes the following accessibility features:
Keyboard Navigation
All functionality is available using only a keyboard. You can navigate through links, buttons, and form elements using the Tab key. Interactive elements are clearly focused when selected.
Skip Links
A "Skip to main content" link is provided at the top of each page, allowing keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation and go directly to the main content.
Screen Reader Compatibility
Our website is designed to work with screen readers. We use proper heading hierarchy, ARIA labels, and semantic HTML to ensure screen reader users can navigate and understand our content.
Alternative Text
All meaningful images include descriptive alternative text (alt text) to convey information to users who cannot see images. Decorative images are marked appropriately to be ignored by assistive technologies.
Color and Contrast
We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and backgrounds. Information is not conveyed by color alone - we use text labels, patterns, or icons alongside color indicators.
Resizable Text
Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. Our responsive design ensures the website works well at various zoom levels and screen sizes.
Clear Language
We use clear, simple language and avoid jargon where possible. When technical terms are necessary, we provide explanations.
Consistent Navigation
Navigation is consistent across all pages. Menus appear in the same location and work the same way throughout the website.
Form Accessibility
All form fields have associated labels. Error messages are clear and specific about what needs to be corrected. Required fields are clearly marked.
Reduced Motion Support
We respect the "prefers-reduced-motion" setting. Users who have indicated a preference for reduced motion will see minimal or no animations.
Neurodivergent-Friendly Design
Beyond standard accessibility guidelines, we've implemented features particularly helpful for neurodivergent users:
- Clean, uncluttered layouts - Reduces visual overwhelm and cognitive load
- Predictable navigation - Consistent placement and behavior reduces anxiety
- Clear visual hierarchy - Headings and sections are clearly distinguished
- Readable fonts - We use fonts designed for readability and avoid decorative typefaces
- Adequate spacing - Generous whitespace between elements aids focus
- No auto-playing media - Audio and video content requires user interaction to play
- No time limits - Forms and sessions don't time out unexpectedly
Browser and Device Compatibility
Our website is designed to work across:
- Modern web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Desktop computers, tablets, and mobile devices
- Various screen sizes and resolutions
- Common assistive technologies (screen readers, magnifiers, voice control)
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, we acknowledge some limitations:
- Some third-party content or embedded materials may not meet all accessibility standards
- PDF documents may have varying levels of accessibility (we're working to improve these)
- Very old browsers may not fully support all accessibility features
We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility throughout our platform.
