We started NeuTalent because we saw firsthand how broken the traditional hiring system is for neurodivergent professionals - and we knew there had to be a better way.
NeuTalent was born from personal experience. Our founder spent years navigating a job market that wasn't designed for minds that work differently. Despite having exceptional skills, traditional interviews and workplace structures created unnecessary barriers.
After finally finding success with an employer who understood the value of neurodivergent thinking, the vision became clear: create a bridge between talented individuals and organizations ready to embrace them.
